If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the service, please let us know. We will always endeavour to correct the problem as best we can to ensure that your shopping experience with Oberon Art is enjoyable.
Please note that many items are unique or limited in number and therefore we must always check availability when we receive your wishlist. As many items are handmade, there may be natural blemishes or uneven finishes; this is part of the nature of a hand-made product.
In the following, the terms 'we' and 'us' refer to Oberon Art Limited, and the terms 'you' and your' refer to The Customer. Business is done under these Terms and Conditions, and the placing of an order constitutes a User Agreement.
Your order will be packed and weighed before the postage & packing charge is applied. The delivery method and charge will depend on the size, weight and value of your order, usually using a signed-for service, usually between £5 to £20 per order. Please note, however, that some items are very delicate and we reserve the right to request customers to collect such items from us, or we will provide a quote for a specialist courier service and insurance.
Credit & debit card payments must be processed and cheques must be cleared before despatch.
Every attempt will be made to ensure despatch within 2 to 3 working days after the order is complete except for items which are made-to-order and can take up to 3-6 weeks. However on occasions when it is beyond our control longer delays may occur. You will be advised of the expected delivery time when you send your wishlist.
Overseas shipments must be delivered to the destination matching the cardholder's registered address.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or even if you have had a change of heart, you may return it to us. It must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging within 15 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or credit.
You must contact us before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return. We will check all products returned to us and only then will a credit, replacement or exchange be authorised and processed. Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the items are faulty.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us. We strongly recommend that you are adequately insured and that you send the package by either Recorded/Special Delivery, depending on the value of the product/s you are returning (check with the Post Office). Please keep your proof of postage until you have received your replacement or credit.
Returning a gift
We are happy to exchange unwanted, faulty or defective products that have been sent as a gift and offer gift vouchers for the value of the item you are returning. If a refund is required, please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. This service is only available for one month from date of purchase.
Oberon Art wishes to assure you that any information you give us is deemed confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless you have given your express permission. We may contact you from time to time with news of special offers or discounts, new products or general information about ourselves. Information is collected lawfully in accordance with the data protection act.
